Legislators Who Responded

Our chickenpox bill questionnaire went out months ago and, so far, the response from the elected folks in Albany has been most underwhelming!  Perhaps you might like to contact your representatives and urge that they respond.  Conveniently, you can Email them directly from our lists.

Read the responses
Assemblyman Kevin A. Cahill agrees "that this is a very important issue."
Assembly  Daniel J. Fessenden  introduced a bill that mandates the chicken pox vaccination as well as rotavirus.
Senator Roy Goodman agrees "that parents should be allowed to make informed decisions regarding the health of their children."
Senator Joseph Bruno "will keep your views in mind."

Check back over the coming weeks to see who responds and read what they have to say about whether this vaccination is necessary and why there should or should not be PUBLIC HEARINGS on this important issue.
