Dear Mr. Fitzgerald & Other Concerned Parents:

Thank you for contacting my office via e-mail in regards to Assembly Bill # 4600, which would require children entering school or day care to be immunized against chicken pox. I agree that this is a very important issue. I am looking into appropriate action at this time.

I apologize for the brevity of my response; due to time constraints, I am oftentimes limited to such. Any further information you wish to submit would be appreciated. Should you have any questions or comments regarding this issue in the future, please do not hesitate to contact my office. My staff will be happy to assist you.

Sincerely,

Kevin A. Cahill
Member of Assembly
